Generally you want to install the mod that changes technical stuff first (the Systempack), but in this case the Systempack has a special version for the Returning mod so we have to do it afterwards. Since you want the Systempack for performance, the DX11 mod for visuals and the Returning 2.0 mod for content we begin first by installing the mod that changes the most.
